As a PharmD, ICF-certified Leadership and Business Coach, and Forbes Coaches Council member, I bring 15+ years of experience across healthcare, biotech, and pharma.
My career has taken me from creating strategic partnerships to leading cross-functional research portfolios at Bristol Myers Squibb, to creating an award-nominated leadership program that continues to shape the next generation of scientific leaders.
Working across discovery through late development and lifecycle management, I’ve seen the system from every angle — its brilliance, its blind spots, and its brokenness.

Throughout my career, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern: leadership training is second nature in business, but it’s rarely offered to scientists.
Brilliant scientists with the expertise to change how we treat disease are too often sidelined, underestimated, overlooked, or told their voice doesn’t belong in the rooms where decisions get made.
That gap is even wider for scientists from marginalized communities, where I’ve seen firsthand how people’s perspectives get overlooked, even though they’re exactly the voices we need to drive innovation and build more inclusive teams.
